Spiritual Nuggets

Many people want to “use” the Name of Jesus… but you have to be “married” to Him if you want His name.

Love is an action.  God loved, He gave.

Don’t worry about the “how”… how are you going to do it, God?  How can that be?  How is it going to happen?  How is it possible?  Just say, “Nevertheless, at thy Word.”

You are responsible to plant the seeds and even do some watering, but you aren’t responsible to make them grow or bring forth a harvest.  You are responsible after the seeds grow to be a laborer in the harvest field and pick the fruit.

At the Mount of Transfiguration God revealed His glory.

At Mount Calvary He revealed His love.

“Watch and pray, that ye enter not into temptation: the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.” (Matthew 26:41)  The flesh is weak is a reason, never an excuse.

Fear brings us to the cross.

Faith puts us on the cross.

Love nails us to the cross.

Faith sees the invisible.

Faith believes the incredible.

Faith receives the impossible.
