Welcome. I hope that this little spot on the web will be of help to you in your walk with the Lord Jesus.
Let me show you my newest blessing from the Lord. “Grandchildren are the crowning glory of the aged; parents are the pride of their children.” (Proverbs 17:6-NLT) My first grandchild!

Dear Lorraine,
Thank you so much for your new blog. I have been receiving you “Coffee Break” devotional for about a month. Each one of them has been an encouragement to me and has oft refreshed my spirit. I pray that the Lord will bless this in your life and in the lives of other women who are trying to walk closer to the Lord daily. Have a great day.
Lynn
Sister Lorraine,
The updates on your WeBlog and the ministry website look great. They are a blessing to me and to many others, crowns of Glory to be laid at HIS Precious feet. You are in my prayers.
May the Lord be ever so Gracious to you and your family.
Grace and Peace in our Lord and Savior,
Jake

I come to Louisana each year and stay a couple of months in the Gulf.
We have met lots of dear friends there over the past 30 years.
Thank you so much for your new blog.
I enjoyed seeing you on the about page and the grandbaby is beautiful!
But you look awful young to be a grandma. lol
Have a great day.

Hi, Ms Jenny,
Thank you for your kind words of encouragment… and to all who have left words of encouragment- they bless and minister to me. I give God all the glory for what He accomplishes through the Coffee Breaks and other ministries He has led me to do. I am just so thankful that He allows me to have a part in sharing Him with others and working in His Kingdom.
I live in Brookhaven, MS. It’s about 2 hours from the Miss. Gulf Coast and 120 miles from New Orleans.
Thank you so much… I would like to say that it’s because I am “young”… well, I guess I am.. I will be 50 years young in November. My little Lexi is the joy of my life… next to Jesus.
Love and blessings,
Lorraine
